Community Arts
Bluebell lanterns workshop with Broadfield Junior School via the wonderful Dacorum Arts Education Team - made with garden wire, tissue paper, withies and glow lights.
Art in the community plays a major role in my work now. Clients have included Hemel Hempstead Old Town Hall, Hertfordshire Youth Service,
The New Hope Trust, Watford Grammar School for Girls, Looked AfterChildren,
Young Mums, Fenland Voice, Druglink plus Primary and Secondary Schools around the country.
Illustration, murals, Trompe L'oeil, puppet and lantern making for performance and carnival
can be used to great effect to enhance learning and bring back a sense of community and personal achievement.
Joanna has an advanced Criminal Records Bureau check for working with children and vunerable adults dated February 2009 and £5,000,000 public liability insurance.
